8 x MIND sessions of approx. 120 min: Training your communication skills incl. a case specific role play for your major challenge to create routine and confidence.
5 x SOUL sessions of approx. 90 min: Individual coaching facing your inner beliefs and barriers.
5 x BODY sessions of approx. 60 min: Practising specific methods for more serenity and focus and to implement the new findings in your life.
1 x RESULT session of approx. 90 min: Incl. a tailor-made skill set toolkit and an individual archetype screening to plot your behavioral style.
